ABOUT JOSH
I've spent most of my days exploring and working in the outdoors of Utah, Wyoming, Hawaii and Alaska. I love to experience the outdoors in as many different ways as possible through adventure sports such as paragliding, scuba diving, mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, skiing, open water swimming, and of course outdoor photography. I have spent many years working as a backpacking, kayaking and rafting guide in the summers, and a ski patroller and traveler in the winters.
Now days I spend the majority of my time working to progress the craft of photography. Through my travels and living in many different places around the globe, I have developed a deeper connection to our Earth. Each place I experience, each place I interact with, the closer I grow to their wild places: the oceans, forests, mountains and deserts. The more of Earth I see the more I want to protect it. Now I work to use my photography to promote the preservation of our Earth and to inspire others to do the same.
